PCT (Pure Coil Tubing) System

The PCT system is designed for selectively stimulating multiple zones in a vertical or horizontal wells.

The PCT Frac Sleeve can be run in an open hole or cemented well bore. The PCT system has no limit on the number of sleeves that can be run in a single well bore. The PCT sleeves open independently using the activation tool on coil tubing. With the activation tool in place, frac fluid can be pumped down the ID of the coil, the annulus of the coil or both.

The PCT activation tool utilizes a continuous J-slot to activate the locator keys for positive location and anchoring into each sleeve. Each sleeve is independently opened upon reaching a preset differential pressure inside the sleeve. After stimulation, the coil is picked up, opening the unloader valve. This resetting of the activation tool to the running position allows for moving up to the next sleeve.
